One of the highlights of the 2005 Historic Homes Tour
was “Wedding Reflections” at the Weeden House. The one-day only
exhibit featured Ms. Gay Money's private collection of antique and vintage
wedding gowns, accessories, and other wedding related items, including
trousseau items, bridesmaids and flower girl dresses. The
magnificent collection was displayed throughout the rooms of the museum in
stunning period settings. An elaborate cake by designer Bob Johnson
of Panache rounded out the wedding theme for the museum's exhibit.
